Turkish bank’s preservation order upheld in Canada pending fraudulent conveyance case

A Canadian appeal court has upheld a preservation order obtained by Turkey’s Şekerbank while it waits to pursue a fraudulent conveyance action against the guarantor of a pair of defaulting Turkish entities in the province of Saskatchewan.
