Toys ‘R’ Us creditors to vote on Chapter 11 plans

Creditors of bankrupt US retailer Toys ‘R’ Us will vote on its amended Chapter 11 plans on 5 October, after a court approved its amended disclosure statements, overruling objections from the US trustee that the plan is “patently unconfirmable”.
