Top German court OKs ECB debt-buying programme

The German Federal Constitutional Court has rejected claims that a European Central Bank bond-buying programme launched in 2012 to help fight the eurozone’s financial crisis could impair the German parliament’s budgetary responsibility – provided the bank meets certain conditions imposed by another EU court.
