SunEdison’s Korean joint venture company loses IP rights after New York ruling

A New York bankruptcy court has thrown out a challenge to the termination of a supply and licence agreement between renewable energy company SunEdison and its Korean joint venture company, paving the way for the US company to sell the intellectual property rights to its production processes.
