Son of bankrupt Chinese businessman granted stay on examination in Canada
The son of disgraced Chinese businessman James Henry Ting has managed to stave off giving evidence in a Canadian court about his father’s Hong Kong bankruptcy – at least until Canada’s Supreme Court decides whether to hear his “weak” appeal.
