Singularis dodges US$15 million litigation funding costs

An English court has ruled that insolvent Saudi-owned asset manager Singularis does not have to hand over an extra US$15.2 million to a Bermudian litigation funder, in a dispute over the proceeds of a successful negligence lawsuit against a Japanese bank.
