Singaporean High Court grants stay ahead of creditors’ meetings

In the first written ruling of its type, the Singapore High Court has granted three international companies a temporary stay of proceedings against a struggling petrochemicals plant, before they had even applied to set up creditors’ meetings for a scheme of arrangement.
