Singapore court sanctions Cayman-BVI investors’ contingent scheme

The Singapore High Court has approved a contingent scheme of arrangement proposed by the Cayman and British Virgin Islands shareholders of a troubled petrochemicals joint venture, applying a discount to the value of creditor votes where certain creditors where found to have a close relationship with the investors.
