Singapore court refuses stay for Malaysian scheme, decides payment dispute
The Singapore International Commercial Court has declined to stay proceedings in a dispute over international media equipment supply contracts, despite the purchaser entering insolvency proceedings in Malaysia: but it has stayed enforcement of the resulting judgment debt.
