Sears wins appeal, NY bankruptcy court appoints mediators
US department store chain Sears has won an appeal against a company that acquired its foreign assets in a Chapter 11 sale, a month after a New York bankruptcy court appointed mediators to deal with an adversary case against the chain’s former chairman and shareholders.
