Puerto Rican bankruptcy lawyer charged with fraud, forgery
A federal grand jury in the District of Puerto Rico charged a bankruptcy lawyer from the island with forgery of a federal bankruptcy court judge’s signature, obstruction of justice, and wire fraud against a Puerto Rican attorney.
