Privileged documents not property of a bankrupt’s estate, UK court says

The England & Wales Court of Appeal has ruled that privileged documents relating to the legal affairs of bankrupt Russian businessman Mikhail Shlosberg are not property vested in his trustees, and cannot be deployed in a separate conspiracy case brought by his largest creditor, BVI company Avonwick.
