Peck, Gerber and Baker reset Ponzi-dogged Chapter 11 case

A transition board containing former US bankruptcy judges James Peck and Robert Gerber, with Latham & Watkins’ Jan Baker, has reset the Chapter 11 cases for a California property developer whose former CEO has been accused of running it as a US$1.22 billion Ponzi scheme.
