Paragon Offshore affiliates file new Chapter 11 case days after group's bankruptcy exit

Just days after 26 companies in offshore drilling group Paragon Offshore emerged from bankruptcy with operations transferred to a new, Cayman-registered parent, the group's UK arm in administration and three Luxembourgish subsidiaries have filed a new Chapter 11 case over a dispute with a Chinese oil rig owner and its security agent.
