Odebrecht rejects restructuring plan from ad hoc bondholders' group

Brazilian conglomerate Odebrecht says it has rejected a plan to restructure its ailing engineering and construction business from creditors advised by Davis Polk & Wardwell, and that it is now finalising its own rescue proposal.
