No jurisdiction to wind-up English companies in Scotland, court finds

The Outer House of the Court of Session in Scotland has issued a clarificatory ruling, confirming that Scottish courts can’t make administration or winding-up orders in respect of companies registered in England, even if their centre of main interest is in Scotland.
