Maxus bankruptcy judge will hear trust complaint, rejects abstention request

A Chapter 11 judge has refused to abstain from ruling on unjust enrichment and asset-stripping claims brought by the liquidation trust of oil and gas company Maxus Energy Corporation, rejecting arguments the claims are already being heard before a state appellate court.
