Main insolvency court has exclusive jurisdiction over avoidance claims, CJEU rules

Updated: The European Court of Justice has directed that courts in EU member states where main insolvency proceedings are opened have exclusive jurisdiction to decide transaction avoidance actions, in a 10 year old German process where funds were transferred out of the estate in Bulgaria.
