Madoff settlement approved in New York after Deutsche dispute resolved

A New York court has approved a clawback settlement between the liquidators of two British Virgin Islands-registered feeder funds and the liquidating trustee of the Madoff Ponzi scheme, after Germany’s Deutsche Bank dropped an objection to Chapter 15 recognition of their BVI proceedings.
