“Landmark” ruling recognises Hong Kong liquidators appointed over Cayman company

The Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has granted recognition and assistance to the liquidators of an agricultural investment company who were appointed by the Hong Kong High Court – despite the company being incorporated in Cayman and there being no parallel proceedings in the islands.
