J&J Chapter 11 moves to New Jersey, US Congress to consider related bill

Healthcare conglomerate Johnson & Johnson’s “manufactured” North Carolina Chapter 11 will be transferred to New Jersey, as the US Congress prepares to vote on a bill that would stop the use of divisive mergers to assign liabilities to companies that subsequently enter bankruptcy.
