Irish property developer overturns bankruptcy payment order

Property developer Sean Dunne, who was declared bankrupt in Connecticut and Dublin seven years ago, has overturned a 2018 order requiring him to pay €7,000 a month for the benefit of creditors in his Irish bankruptcy.
