HSBC barred from challenging China Fishery discovery probe
A New York federal judge has denied HSBC’s request for leave to appeal a decision by a bankruptcy court allowing the trustee of China Fishery Group to conduct discovery into what he alleges were “aggressive” pre-petition collection efforts by the bank.
