Hong Kong oil tycoon loses bankruptcy appeal
The Hong Kong Court of Appeal has upheld a bankruptcy order against a former petroleum company chairman, after ruling that a US$30 million debt he owes to a Vietnamese government-owned entity was not covered by an arbitration clause.
