Hong Kong court refuses shareholder’s bid to dismiss BVI company’s liquidator

The High Court of Hong Kong has bluntly refused to dismiss the liquidator of a British Virgin Islands -incorporated company, rejecting criticisms of his work made by its majority shareholder – an entity controlled by a former director of the debtor whose actions the liquidator has been trying to investigate.
