Hong Kong court adjourns “spiteful” winding-up to aid restructuring

A Hong Kong court has adjourned a winding-up petition filed against a Bermudian solar energy company “in a fit of spite”, allowing provisional liquidators to continue to pursue a restructuring in the meantime.
