Hong Kong and Cayman courts sanction Chinese law-governed debt restructuring
Courts in Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands have sanctioned parallel schemes of arrangement for an engineering materials manufacturing company, approving a restructuring of Chinese law-governed debt after finding an exception to the Gibbs rule.
