Hanjin gets recognition in US and Australia, though Korean proceedings may shift to liquidation

Shipping firm Hanjin has secured final recognition of its Korean rehabilitation proceedings in the US amid reports from Seoul that attempts to restructure the company may be abandoned in favour of liquidation, and an announcement by Australian courts on recognition there.
