Guernsey court won't enforce buyout scheme for international property investor
A Guernsey court has blocked an investment company from using a scheme of arrangement to transfer ownership to its directors, ruling that the court has no jurisdiction to compel unwilling shareholders to part with their shares in company buyouts.
