Guernsey court finds BVI liquidators liable for costs in Tchenguiz documents battle
A court in Guernsey has ruled that the liquidators of four BVI companies that formed part of a trust belonging to property mogul Robert Tchenguiz should pay costs incurred by its current and former trustees in a dispute over more than 1,500 documents.
