A senior Grant Thornton restructuring partner has told UK MPs that his firm was denied access to information when conducting due diligence on the purchase of British Home Stores (BHS), now in administration, as partners from Linklaters, Goldman Sachs and Olswang faced further parliamentary scrutiny.
