Good-faith breach at first attempt does not stall second IVA, UK court rules

A heavily indebted British property tycoon and the assignee of debts he owed to Iceland’s Kaupthing bank have persuaded an English appeal court to again postpone a bankruptcy petition pending against him for five years, in favour of a second attempt at an individual voluntary arrangement.
