German court dismisses insolvency claim but challenges recycling group’s COMI switch

A German court has dismissed an attempt by a bondholder to open insolvency proceedings against international recycling group Scholz – but found it was the correct venue for the failed claim, despite the company's attempted centre of main interests shift to the UK in January.
