French paper company must reimburse British American Tobacco for pollution clear-up under UK Insolvency Act

The England and Wales High Court has ordered French paper company Sequana to pay US$138 million to British American Tobacco under the UK Insolvency Act, after it was found to have diverted money that should have been used to settle environmental liabilities in the US.
