Fraudulent conveyances action belongs in bankruptcy court, appeals court rules

A Canadian appeals court has declined to hear a German businessman’s damages claims over fraudulent conveyances found to have been carried out to avoid payment on a 2007 German judgment, saying the claims should be pursued in a bankruptcy court.
