Former Hanjin solicitors authorised to fight Hong Kong claim post-rehabilitation
A Hong Kong court has ruled that law firm Brenda Chark & Co was authorised to represent bankrupt Korean shipping company Hanjin after it entered rehabilitation proceedings, dismissing a claim by an insolvent creditor that the representation wasted costs.
