Extraterritorial fraudulent transfers can be avoided, US court says

In a complete departure from precedent, the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York has held that extraterritorial transactions made within two years of a bankruptcy filing and believed to be fraudulent transfers, can be reversed under the US Bankruptcy Code.
