English court refuses stay pending Morocco liquidation

An English court has refused to stay a lawsuit pending Moroccan liquidation proceedings, finding it did not have discretion to do so under the recast Brussels Regulation, and that the principles of modified universalism embodied in UK Insolvency Law did not apply.
