ECJ rules against mandatory liquidation of companies transferring registered offices across EU
The European Court of Justice has ruled that parts of the Polish Companies Code requiring the liquidation of local companies that transfer their registered offices to other EU member states violate the EU’s principle of freedom of establishment.
