Dutch bank to subpoena cocoa group in search of “disappearing” US$300m

A New York bankruptcy court has allowed a Dutch bank to hit various US and overseas arms of global cocoa seller Transmar Commodity Group with subpoenas, as it tries to track down US$300 million in assets it claims “disappeared” at the end of 2016.
