District Court rejects US$8 billion fraudulent conveyance claim in Tribune bankruptcy

A New York judge has dismissed allegations that a fraudulent conveyance preceded the collapse of America’s largest media company, departing from the recent Lyondell decision in the same court on whether the actions of a debtor's directors can be imputed to the debtor itself.
