Court shuts door on China Medical liquidators’ claims against Bank of China
The Hong Kong High Court has set aside an extension to a writ that allowed the liquidators of “hopelessly insolvent” China Medical Technologies to assert claims against the Bank of China outside a limitations period - finding the liquidators guilty of material non-disclosure and misrepresentation.
