Cayman court backs “conditional” scheme pending sanction in Hong Kong
In two decisions hailed as landmarks for the jurisdiction, a Cayman Islands court has sanctioned a scheme of arrangement on the condition that a parallel scheme is also approved in Hong Kong – and backed a decision to ignore votes from a dissenting shareholder.
