Canadian court approves restructuring plan for gold miner hit by Congo unrest

An Ontario judge has approved a restructuring plan for Canadian gold mining company Banro Corporation and six of its Barbados-registered subsidiaries, two months after the company re-opened a Congolese mine forced to close because of social unrest.
