BVI court rejects Austrian bank’s call to wind-up Widjaja coal vehicle
A court in the British Virgin Islands has rejected an application by Austrian bank Raiffeisen for the winding-up of a local investment vehicle established to take over and restructure an ailing UK-listed coal company.
