BVI court grants charging order over Peak Hotels liabilities

A Chinese creditor that forced the liquidation of luxury hotel chain Peak Hotels and Resorts has obtained a charging order from a British Virgin Islands court, securing liabilities owed by the personal guarantor of a US$35 million loan to the chain.
