Businessman who fled UK for Taiwan in breach of freezing order jailed

A Taiwanese-British businessman disqualified by the UK Insolvency Service has been jailed for 18 months for contempt of court, after breaching a freezing order that prevented him from moving international assets sought for his company's estate.
