Bermudian insurers denied leave to appeal MF Global restraining order

A group of bankrupt brokerage firm MF Global’s Bermuda-based insurers that were held in contempt for violating a US bankruptcy court’s restraining order in January, have been denied an appeal of the order on grounds of mootness.
