Bermuda court declines to lift six-year stay in aid of Singapore winding-up

Bermuda’s Supreme Court has thrown out an application by two former directors of a Singapore-listed, locally registered food company to lift a stay pending the company’s liquidation and settle a question of Bermuda law, finding that the application should be presented in the Singapore main proceedings.
