Belgian bakery chain to divest US arm in Chapter 11 after UK administration speculation

Belgian bakery chain Le Pain Quotidien has entered Chapter 11 to sell its US restaurants to a New-York based debtor-in-possession financier, in a restructuring led from Brussels through which it is also appears to be seeking to sell its UK arm.
